Yeah i remember them both… although i had forgotten the jail till you mentioned it Dominic.. and i remember one of the girls maybe it was you Nui who knows asking me what she should join and we came to the conclusion that the sack race required the least amount of prior experience. I think I came down there with Michelle and her father that day. Michelle Griffith is in a lot of these pictures as she helped with some of the activities… Oh and im pretty sure i was the one in the footrace… wasnt much of a runner at the time i was a skater and you can tell in the photo. Everyone else in the picture looks like a pro lol.
I remember the sac hopping. I’m in the picture 4/14 in set 2.
What really pulls back memories, however, is the picture 5/20 of set one. In the background is this tree that used to be my favorite hangout. I would climb up to sit on the lower branch and daydream during lunch hour with some friends. Then there was the bathrooms next to the monkey bars sand pit. I remember I jumped down from the rood of the bathroom on a dare. Spun and spun on the bars too, did some crazy flips that were a wonder even to myself. 🙂

I remember winning the keeping the wooden block on your head race for my grade, in my wellington boots! A proper sportsman never blames his tools!
