Here’s where you start for our online reunion on Saturday… basically anyone who’s lived in Lebanon or even finds Lebanon fascinating can join in. We all know who we are so we can do everything right there on the wall. simply like the page and you can write on the wall.. You simply post to the wall and refresh your screen to see the latest posts..

Then you can comment on the posts… you can also visit the video and picture gallery of Lebanon with many pictures taken by my dad when we lived in Lebanon first on Rouche or just up from Rouche.. i forget where one ended and another section began… it was so long ago but i’m sure you will remind me!!! And then in Baabda of course.. and i must say Beirut was a great place but you all missed out not living outside of Beirut… and Baabda was close enough to Beirut basically it was a suburb… or as close as you can get. But what struck me about living in Baabda was my window looked right out onto Beirut and I could see all the fighting.

It seemed most people didn’t really know the fighting was going on but from Baabda you had a straight shot look at the camps and the airport and you could almost see Damour. We could also see down into Ainarumani ashrafia hasmeh etc… You can see the Gondour factory in the pictures of the airport… but my dad didn’t take very many pictures out my window or off the back balcony but you could see a lot of Beirut from either of them…

I have some amazing stories that come from my memories of looking out those windows and some from hanging out with my friends up the street and a few even with Nicky and Gloria at the Holiday Inn before it was destroyed of course…watching the Israelis do their thing twice… lots of stories…
